The Van Bol & Feste philosophy starts again from Milan, precisely in Largo Cairoli, where it welcomes the customers with a large counter full of sweet and savoury products, ice cream, Van Bol, with a restaurant and bar space. And the recipe of the Van Bol, remained closed in a drawer, is reborn in a new prepared ingredient by ingredient. But always based on soft dough, melted chocolate and hazelnut ice cream, without any variations.Because a Van Bol is simply a Van Bol.
